refund

I have been refunded and received notification of funds - but it says they are in my account - is that my payment method used to put money into escrow or is it sitting as a credit with PPH?

I am extremely disappointed a the lack of support on this site - it seems to be a fully automated business - had i of known this when i engaged a freelancer - i would never have proceeded.

would appreciate if someone can assist please?
