    In order to change your PeoplePerHour name, you will need to proceed and provide us with a proof of identification. I have now opened a ticket with our customer support representatives and they shall help you through this process.

    Hello Natalie,

    I have the same problem it also says that my location is incorrect but i have no idea where to prove both of these with proof of identity i have checked numerous time but dont see it.
