Application Rejection

Hi

My application is rejected for the third time and now i cant re-submit it. on my first attempt i didn't upload the samples so my application was rejected and peopleperhour asked me to upload samples/skills/work. and for the second time i upload(updated profile) but because of some issues those samples were not uploaded so again my profile was rejected but for third time i again receive the mail of rejection and required changes in profile. What should i do to get my profile approved?
