Need to change my location

Hi, 

I live both in Bucharest and London depending on my work, so half the time i'm in Bucharest and half in London. And I need to change my location to one of them or constantly changing. Please first help me change VOLUNTARI which is not my location! And then tell me if I can change location monthly to these cities or not. If not at least to have Bucharest or London but not Voluntari!!
