  Hello everyone and thank you for your messages.

  I have now opened a ticket with our customer support representatives in order for them to review your cases and find what may be the problem. 

  I would like to inform you that I have also contacted my payment team and we haven't received any technical problem from their end.

  I receive this error while trying to accept a proposal.  "Please note there was an issue while trying to process your transaction. You are kindly requested to contact us directly by clicking here in order to further assist you."

   

  I have tried two different payment methods. Clicking the link brings me to this support forum. Please advise.

  My solution was to pay with a credit card via paypal. Worked great.
