My profile picture is sideways!

I can't rotate my profile picture to the right way up. In the file I have uploaded it is correct.

 

What can I do about this as it looks unprofessional?

  I have now opened a ticket with my customer support team in order for them to review the case and come with an update.

  Natalie, I am having the same problem - every time I upload a picture it comes out sideways when it appears on the profile!  Can someone fix this?

  No-one has fixed this yet. I tried rotating the picture in image editor and still can’t get it the correct way up

  Three years on, this issue is still occurring. I’m worried that potential clients will think I’m too dumb to post a properly oriented photo and pass on me. I tried to remedy this problem by uploading a properly oriented photo rotated by 90 degrees, but it didn’t work.
