Cannot read message
CompletedI have received the notification of a new message (and the preview) but when I click on it, this latest message does not appear in the conversation so I cannot read it. Can you please advise ASAP.

I would like you to know that sometimes a message can take time to appear but I have now raised a ticket with our customer support team in order for them to review and resolve it asap.
