Payment Method Verification not done

My legal name is Sharadveer Singh and my profile is in the name of Raj Kushwaha, the problem is that my PayPal account is not getting authenticated, I am very keen to work with PPH and many of our clients also through PPH from us. Want to get work done by me but I am disappointed because my PayPal account is not certified, please authenticate my PayPal account.
