Can anyone help? Thanks in advance. I have posted here for 2 days. PPH automatically sent me an email asking me to "provide a real name and location". I tried to explain this situation in my application form but it seems nobody takes a look that form. And I tried to find PPH's customer service email but could not find any, so I have to explain it here: 

To address your suggested action from your email, I would like to explain that the provided name on my application is my real name and I have updated my Upwork profile for your reference in the updated application. The reason for the location issue is because I could not sign up Peopleperhour with my real IP so I turned my VPN on and it had shown in your system that the IP is in the US. I hope the above explanation answer your doubts and please let me know if you have any more questions. Thanks.
