Unable to upload cover image

I find i spend a lot of time on this site being stalled by technical issues instead of being able to get my profile off the ground. Very frustrating. I have tried several times to upload a cover image unsuccessfully. This previously was not a problem. Hope the issues can be resolved quickly

  Same issues here. Hopefully it gets solved quickly although the 3 months without any reply sadly shows the lack of customer support on this website.
