Application Rejected

My application was rejected for the 3rd time and I did everything I've been told to.
I got an email saying, "Just a Few Changes Needed on Your Application Before You Can Get Started"
Provide your real name and location.
I tried to updated it again and again as it was the same Name and Location which I can not change.
Name : Rohith B
Location : India
I don't know how to Contact the Customer Support Team online. I'm new here, please help me so that I can re-submit my application.
