Cant upload Excel or Word files

Is that true?
Doesn't make sense.
Contacted support and they are adamant you cant attach Excel or Word documents to a job posting.
For me, PPH is no longer useful because of that - so weird!

Is this true? They can certainly be added to the workstream but are they no longer allowed in the job posting? That would explain why I have seen relevant work dry up completely this month. I was hoping the downturn was just seasonal.
If PPH have done this it would mean they have destroyed the platform with a single action, especially for anybody who works with Excel or Word or who generally likes their projects to be properly specified. -
Yeah that's exactly what I thought! They've destroyed the platform for absolutely no good reason.
My job posting requires an Excel data file cleaning. According to support I cant post that type of job anymore. Its just dumb.
Although to be honest I don't think support understand.
I've had to sign up and post the job on Freelancer com to get this done - so PPH are actively getting rid of me, it just doesn't make sense.
Is this the start of the death of PPH? Please no as it's been great over the years
