Hello 

i just had a question, is buyers fee not refundable? because when i received a message that my money was fully refunded when i requested for a refund ,i was still charged the buyer's fee. now the issue with that is that some freelancers make very attractive proposals for the projects that we post on PPH but once we accept their offer then they will change their word and ask for a higher fee because they know  if we dont accept then we will be charged a buyer;s fee. this has happened to me twice when i posted two projects on PPH. at first i was curious why both freelancers changed their mind soon after i accepted their offer, but when i received a message saying my money was fully refunded to me then i thought maybe that was a coincidence , then few days later when i checked my account, it shows i was charged a buyers fee in both cases and they have not been refunded to me. i have sent PPH three emails and explaining my concern but they do not respond to me, as a new member it is easy to think a good proposal is meant to be completed when you accept it or at least you get your full money back if it wasn't , but i dont know why PPH dont take notice of it

    hi 

    now it looks that PPH is trying to ignore all my messages and emails by not responding at all. now they dont even want to refund the rest of my money. they have already charged me a buyers fee even though the project was not worked on at all. now they are pretending to not understand  my emails or messages and just keep sending me irrelevant responses completely unrelated to my actual issue. you have charged me a buyers fee already but the rest of my  money that you have to pay back has not been returned to me either. ( the money has not been returned to my bank account , the money has not arrived in my bank account). please tell me where i can make an official complaint as i am sure i will not be the first person who is facing this problem.this business is designed in away that once you post a project then you are locked in and PPH does their best to exhaust the customers to just give up and not ask for their money. i will see where i can report this scum to the authorities here and i will follow it
