    hi 

    now it looks that PPH is trying to ignore all my messages and emails by not responding at all. now they dont even want to refund the rest of my money. they have already charged me a buyers fee even though the project was not worked on at all. now they are pretending to not understand  my emails or messages and just keep sending me irrelevant responses completely unrelated to my actual issue. you have charged me a buyers fee already but the rest of my  money that you have to pay back has not been returned to me either. ( the money has not been returned to my bank account , the money has not arrived in my bank account). please tell me where i can make an official complaint as i am sure i will not be the first person who is facing this problem.this business is designed in away that once you post a project then you are locked in and PPH does their best to exhaust the customers to just give up and not ask for their money. i will see where i can report this scum to the authorities here and i will follow it
