I have made a deposit with a freelancer, but they have done nothing. How do I withdraw the deposit?

  Hello, 

  We urge our buyers to request a refund if they believe that the project is not completed to their satisfaction. You can always request a refund under the workstream and, once approved, you will be able to withdraw the funds.
