how do i redeem voucher!

wow this is like the holy grail trying to redeem the voucher which has now expired even though I have tried to contact yourselves etc etc????

not a great advert to be honest and I needed my CV doing, people offered to do work - I had 30 voucher - cant find how to redeem it..... great.

  How do you redeem the voucher? I can't even submit a dedicated question to support to get an answer and I see it has never been answered here.
