I have tried to answer my security questions but seem to have forgotten the answers.  Please can you please reset for me?

  Hello,

  In order to reset your security question you will need to provide us with a proof of identification. I have now opened a ticket with our customer experience representatives in order for them to resolve it as I do not want you to send any private information under this thread.
