my application is not accepted on PPH

They first ask me to remove personal info and portfolio content from about us before re submission, and i did so but they did not accept. afterwards i checked my profile again, so that same info and portfolio file was already there but i removed that before resubmitting
IDK whats wrong, can anyone help ?
