I have unticked all the boxes in the notification section in settings - except the one I am unable to untick which is for essential emails only.

Despite this - I am getting notification messages in my inbox, blocking my inbox and causing me a lot of inconvenience.

I want to go to the PPH site for my messages

I do not want messages to come to my inbox

How can this be fixed?
