Payoneer account rejected

Hi,

I have submitted the details for Payoneer account about 1 week back, but my account has been rejected due to : Payment method under different name.

could you kindly help me out in this situation.

Moreover, I'll let you know that I used different name in my PHP profile.

Looking forward for your kind cooperation.
