Awaiting payment for completed work
CompletedI completed a project in the middle of February for a client and raised the invoice. Despite the fact that the payment has been paid into my escrow account and they've confirmed they are happy with the work, I'm unable to withdraw the money from my escrow account.
As mentioned, the invoice has been raised for the finished project however I can see that the user has not approved the invoice yet. What can I do? I have messaged them asking them to approve the invoice but no response.
Any help to resolve this would be appreciated
