REfunding unpaid funds in Escrow

My last two Freelancers have struggled with the assignments. As a result, I have funds in Escrow. I want them returned. What is the process? I can't seem to find it. Ideally I want them paid to my Debit Card. BAnk Transfer and Paypal are options but my booking is made easier if I use my Coconut Debit card.
