How do I redeem my £25 gift voucher....Ive found someone who will do my work for me, so how do I redeem my voucher?

 

Also you guys have poor customer services.  I cant find any contact number on your site to call you guys??

  I HAVE EXACTLY THE SAME PROBLEM.

  I USED A FREELANCER.... WHO WAS BLOODY USELESS FOR £20 AFTER HAVING RECEIVED A MAIL TELLING ME I HAD A £25 VOUCHER.

  I 'REDEEMED' MY VOUCHER... DUH.   SEEMS THAT IT WAS ALL A CON AS ONE IS NOT ABLE TO REDEEM IT !!

  I HAVE NOW RECEIVED AN INVOICE DEMANDING PAYMENT, DUH!!!

  PLUS, HOW THE HELL DO YOU ACTUALLY EVER COMPLAIN.

  THE SITE IS BLOODY USELESS AS WELL AS I RECEIVED A MAIL TELLING ME THAT I NEEDED TO PUT A PHOTO AS A FREELANCER, AND THAT MY 'APPLICATION' HAD BEEN REFUSED !!!  DUH !!!   I AM A BUYER !!!

  CORRECTION: WAS A BUYER. NO LONGER AND I RECOMMEND TO EVERYBODY, DO NOT GET MESSED AROUND BY THIS SITE.

  I navigated to the My Money section of my account - but no voucher to be found????

  Same here - this is false advertising and is illegal if they did it!
