Buyer is not approving the invoice after settlement arrangement

I was awarded the project, the buyer deposited 60 GBP in the escrow and I started working on the project. Meanwhile, the buyer found someone else for the job so, we mutually agreed on splitting 60 GBP (30 GBP for my work and 30 GBP for buyer refund). The buyer send me request and I approved the refund on sunday (10/3/20) and raised invoice for my half (30 GBP). Now, the buyer is not approving my invoice and not returning my messages either. I don't know what to do. Kindly, help me to get my payment. support team can check the work stream for proof of our settlement.
