No option to request refund, and my seller vanished without doing any work

I can find no option to contact support or request a refund. I ordered a service 10 days ago and the seller accepted, then he vanished. Havn't heard a thing since. I wanted to order another service but then I realized there is NO RECOURSE from the 1st order.
