Show that client is talking with numbers of freelancers

Hi,

In the project right now showing :

• Posted: xx minutes/days ago
• Proposals: 9
• Remote
• #2763969
• Via mobile app

All the information is good. But if client is talking/chatting with numbers of freelancers with his/her project then it should show as "Talking with nth freelancers".    

If you show this then it will feel real about that job.

Also "Via mobile app" is useless.

  Thank you for your feedback.

  I would like to identify with you the true value of this request. Let's look into these 2 scenarios:

  • Scenario A: You are viewing a project that has received 10 proposals
  • Scenario B: You are viewing a project that has received 10 proposals and the buyer is chatting with 3 freelancers

  How would you think and react in these 2 scenarios? Would you think/react differently? If yes, in what way? Please elaborate.

  Hi Yannis,

   

  The Scenario B as below is most true, because Freelancer can see that the buyer is chatting with 3 freelancers. It means client is interested for their project.  So that project show that it is true project.

  On the other side Scenario A is not showing that client is interested for their project.

  ==================================

  Scenario B: You are viewing a project that has received 10 proposals and the buyer is chatting with 3 freelancers.

  ==================================

   

  So if you implement Scenario B, It will increase Credibility, Quality & Reality of project and also for PPH
  

  I have lot of many suggestions, I will send you time to time.

  Hi Amit,

  And how would you react on these 2 different scenarios?

  For example, in Scenario A you wouldn't bother sending a proposal because you would see that the buyer is not engaging with the freelancers that sent their proposal, while in Scenario B you would bid for that project?

  Hi Yannis,

  Scenario ( B )  Shows that client is interested about their project, that's why he/she is talking with freelancers. If I am a freelancer then I can send my proposal without doubt. You can notice that many time in discussion;  freelancers ask to client "Is your project still open ? ". 

  So it will clear this doubt "Is your project still open ? ".

  If it show that client is chatting with freelancers then it means project still open.

  Hi Amit,

  So I understand that your main concern is whether the buyer that has posted this project is still looking for a freelancer to work with or not. "Chatting with X freelancers" might be an indication, but we are looking into other ways of addressing this concern as well.
