Freelance not responding

Hello support team,

I had offered a project for a freelancer on PPH, the freelancer has answered only once till i accepted the offer. Now that the deposit has been paid the freelancer does not even answer my messages. I am quite worried as my money has been taken but i receive no response and from the other hand my time has been wasted as i needed the project completed immediately. Does any one know what is happening?
