Are "Zero Service Fee Scheme" And "Invite & Earn" The Same Thing?

When I navigate from the main menu of PPH and choose "Invite & Earn" I'm being redirected to:

In the Dashboard, when I click on the "Invite Clients" widgets, I'm being redirected to the same URL:

The first navigation is supposed to relate to your T&C section "9. Referral Programme":

While the second navigation is supposed to relate to your T&C section "8.3 Zero Service Fee scheme":

If I wish to invite a friend and get the referral bonus when my friend spends the first £50, am I doing the right thing by inviting from this URL? https://www.peopleperhour.com/zero-service-fee

I hope you can enlighten all of us if this is the same thing or not.

As a side note, I have referred to date at least more than 10 users since 2012, never ever have I received any bonus for it. I have no idea why... I've already suggested in the past that, for clarity reasons, you display users some table of the referral status on each referral ever sent out but this has never been implemented. Can you please elaborate if there are any plans to ever having such a feature so users can follow and track the success of their referrals?
