Project cancellation and refund

I am writing with regards to project #2759429, involving the writing of articles on sales/business/training articles. The client has come back to me with feedback stating that my work doesn't meet their requirements. I have accepted this; deciding that the best course of action will be to cancel the project and arrange a refund of the deposit.
It would be appreciated if you could let me know when you have processed this request.
