What are proposal credits and how can they be used?

I have just seen proposal credits on my account- what are they there for? 

 

Also my brother has invited me to Pph however i cant see the voucher anywhere. 

 

Please may i request for help as no one is responding to my previous ticket.

  Hello Natasha,

  For every Proposal sent (unless you are the very first Proposal for a particular Job) , 1 credit is used up even if the Buyer does not accept your Proposal.  

  If you cancel a Proposal with a particular Buyer (for example because something is incorrect or you agree a slightly changed scope) and re-submit a new Proposal to the same Buyer in the same WorkStream it will not use up another credit.

  Irrespective of how many credits you used up the previous month (whether 0, 1, 15, or anything in between) you will start the next month with an allocation of 15 credits again.

  The voucher was not applied to your PPH account, therefore it can't be used.

  Thank you Kristal for your message.

  So what does the credit get me? Discount off a project? Or just the ability to start a project? 

   

  My brother invited me using the offer you currently have where I get £30 off and he gets £30 cash?
