Cannot communicate in workstream posts

Hi, this problem has not been fixed after a few days. I cannot respond to my freelancer through this website for a live workstream.

Can you tell the freelancer to send me in the workstream posts her email address? I cannot communciate with her on your website now so I will need to email her unless you fix the website
