Costumer sent me refund request and now he changed his mind and ask me to deny his refund request what can i do?

Costumer sent me refund request and now he changed his mind and ask me to deny his refund request what can i do?

1 he gave me work i do then hi gave me another task

2 after that he requested me to refund

3 so on after that he mailed me to continue work and ask me to cancle and denied hi refund request 

what can i do please help me
