Other top up my account at PPH

I am particularly unimpressed as I been looking now for over 10 minutes to see how I can - put money onto my PPH account so that I have a positive balance.

Ideally I would like to transfer direct from my £ bank but I have look up and down and there is absolutely IMO no guidance whatsoever.  Plenty about extracting money but how to pay money in?

I do not want to use my PayPal account I wanted transfer directly from my £ bank account but from what I can see it silent on this.  It does not even say I cannot do this in effect it does not say anywhere. Or please tell me where it does clearly tell me how I can pay money into my PPH account prior to booking a freelancer.

In desperation I attempted to add my credit card details and on the 3rd attempt I gave up because all it did was offer me a greyedout "pay" button at the bottom.  What is the point of making it so difficult, unless I am that stupid, to simply pay money in so that I have a balance to put onto escrow?

In addition, I tried clicking many many times top right where it says 'submit a request' but it had no effect so goodness knows what effect this will have - a form that I by chance found from clicking here and there almost forever.

Is it unreasonable to be guided or it being apparent or at least made easy to pay money into PPH to be prepared to pay a freelancer?

Rant over and please do not respond with an automatic reply all with somebody that does not know what they are talking about.  Preferably, I would like your bank detail numbers – is that too much to ask for?
