Why my offer is in pending

Plz somebody help me I'm new in PPH I have created a new offer and it is still in pending and it shows me the message 

WARNING!

This Offer is pending moderation review by PPH Customer Support Ninjas

what should I do how to activate my offer

  I got problem again and again due to uploading an offer in peopleperhour. I can upload the offer in two or more time. If someone know about how to resolve this problem plz tell me and then i can manage it
