Utility or Bank Statement

Hi,

I am setting up my payment settings identification documents, however, I don't have a utility bill or a credit card under my name. I am only renting and the utility bills are under the apartment building's owner name and my credit card is only a supplementary card under my mother's primary credit card and it has a different address. I do have a driver's license for the government issued id section but my problem is the copy of recent utility bill or statement. My driver's license shows the address in my profile. The only utility bill I can obtain that is under my family and have my address is our internet utility bill that is under my father's name. Can you help me out with this?
