why is my application rejected ? why ???

I was informed to make changes in my application , so I did many changes , after that my application was rejected.

I did not know yet what was my fault, please help me.  and tell me why is my application rejected???

    I was informed to de-active my other profile and make necessary  changes in my application , so I did many changes , after that my application was rejected.

    I did not know what actually fault,

    please help me and suggestion for next step.
