My application was rejected even after applying required changes. Why?

Can you tell me why my application was rejected even after making necessary changes to my profile? I paid for the Fast Track system, and applied the changes on my profile. However, I was rejected.
In the meanwhile, I got the message that my profile is approved, but when I log in, I see the rejection message again.
Can you please help me solve this problem so I can offer my skills on the platform. Thanks!
