To promote my profile

Dear PPH,

My profile has been rejected to promote due to not giving electric bill scan copy to ensure that I re-located my address. At the new location it was took time to have new electricity billing card from the government. Due to having time for that, my profile address verification submit date had been expired and later 2 weeks, I got my electricity billing card. Now I've documents to verify my re-located address and I would be glad if my profile be promoted soon.
