problem with verify my account which allow me to get my funds

Hello support team

I have this issue which is the platform Request   a copy of a recent utility bill or statement showing your name and address (less than 3 months old). I sent my passport because here in libya there is no bills for services and i don't have bank account.

please help me to find a solution for this issue.
