My Profile versus Potential Job Notifications

Since my profile states that I'm a Male voice over artist, who speaks American English, why is it that most of the recommended jobs that are sent to me as "exactly matching my skills", are actually for Female artists who speak foreign languages???  It says to update your profile to improve the accuracy of the job opportunities sent, but mine couldn't be much clearer.  Thoughts?
