Job was marked completed after 3 month trial ended

I started a job just after my PPH account was opened and completed it after a couple of weeks but then the buyer disappeared due to workload and has only just got back in touch now (5 months later) to say he is happy to mark it as complete.

I cant log into my account though without signing up for another month or 3 which will cost me 13 dollars or so.

Is there no other way for me to get paid for a job I did without paying to reregister my account?
