Application Rejected

HI dear concerned,

I have tried to create the account, but my application is rejected and got this "We are currently experiencing a very high number of freelancer applications.
PeoplePerHour’s mission is to empower people to be professionally and financially independent. We want to protect our current community of freelancers and ensure everyone has enough demand for their services. As a result, we need to make the hard decision of pausing applications for certain service categories according to demand for those skills" message. My query is that can I change my expertise? If not then how can I delete my profile?
