My application was rejected for the 3rd time without giving a reason?

I need your help to overcome this problem and to tell me what is missed in my application.

PLEASE GUIDE MY IN THAT REGARD

  Yes my application is rejected for the third time please guide me what to do and where to know what are the changes that has to be made and where.please let me know
