Trial Period not Relevant

I signed up to use this site years ago and as soon as I posted my experience and knowledge my profile was rejected due to too many people offering the same skills. Therefore I was not able to use any of the trial features or find any work on this site.
Now I get a message that my trial has expired (when never even given a chance to use it) and that I have to pay to be even considered again.
Hopefully, and during these difficult times, there is a quick and best solution so I can get back in the market and offer my services to all the small companies that will be looking to use the offer of free consultants from you.
