How to update fixed price?

Hello,
I have just closed the deal more than the budget that the client has mentioned on his job post...! Now the client needs to update his budget. How can we do that? 
There is no option to increase the budget on the previously sent proposal... The client is also asking me how can he increase the fixed budget that he already posted
