Money added to account not visible and submit request doesnlt work!

Just navigate to Payments, and you'll find the cash in the My Money section, which can be redeemed against any project or offer.
The money is available for 14 days only. After this time it will expire, so use it or lose it!
Cannot see the money there as I already had a balance.
SO go to submit a request (in Edge) to resolve it.... and the link doesn't work!

Thank you for your message, for a more detailed picture about money in your account you can also go to Payments and then continue to Transactions.
