application was rejected

Dear Concern,

My Application was rejected the third time but I don't know why it was rejected? if new freelancer can't start their journey in PeoplePerHour then where the go, please give us a chance to start a career and I will provide all necessary requirements.

Please let me know which part I have to modify and accept my application.
