Good day. My name is Luis Oliveros. I am Venezuelan but I have been living in Chile for more than a year. I sent you my documentation from Venezuela because it is the one that I have in force. My residency process in Chile has already been approved, but in view of the recent pandemic, my status has not been updated. I have a temporary resident ID in Chile but the ID is already expired, although the government is currently issuing a decree that gave the ID legitimacy and validity until December. To withdraw the money earned by your page, they ask me for an identity recognition. I would like to know how to do in this case? Thank you
