withdrawal account is not ready and I have completed a job and need it to be marked as completed

I have completed a job but my withdrawal account is not ready yet as it is my first job so, I need to know how can the job marked as completed or be sure that the buyer pay all the money as it may take a week from me to solve the withdrawal account problem
