  Dear Sir/Ma'am,

  At the time of registering, it was said that it will take 7 days for review of my application

  Yesterday only I submitted my application, I don't know the reason of my application being rejected today.

  I would be grateful, if you can help me in this regard so that I can correct it and re-submit my application again.
