Paid for a project without receiving what paid for

Hi, I'm really disappointed with pph and one of your freelancers. Firstly, I paid for a project 19 days ago(!) never received a response from the freelancer!!! Regarding the customer service is at least appalling!!! There is no way to contact you directly!! I kindly ask for a refund of the exact amount I paid for the project and +£5 for compensation! Hopefully I will receive a response. Project ID: 2776945 Marina
